Cape Dorset

Cape Dorset, home to approximately 1,299, is situated on Dorset Island. It is on the Hudson Strait on the southwest part of Baffin Island.

This is a perfect place to sight caribou, walrus, seals, beluga whales, migratory birds and maybe even polar bears. Cape Dorset has become famous as the Inuit art capital of the world. The community is a main stop for Arctic cruise ships. http://www.capedorset.ca/en/index.asp
